This page explains what personal data Print My Tag collects, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
- Artwork & files you upload when placing an order.
- Account info (only if you register): email and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
- Anonymous analytics (page views, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, when enabled.
What we do with it
- Fulfil your order, ship it, and contact you about the job.
- Send order status emails, proof approvals and (optionally) marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Process payments through PayPal or PayHere — we never see your card details.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
- We do not share artwork files with third parties outside of fulfilling your order.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your account and order history. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll process it within 14 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your cart and login active. Analytics cookies (when enabled) help us understand which products are popular — they do not identify you personally.
