By placing an order on this site you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before checking out.
1. Custom-printed work is final
Because every order is printed to your specifications (size, material, artwork), the following apply to every order:
- No refunds once production has started.
- No exchanges, swaps or returns.
- No damage claims after items leave our facility. Inspect the goods on receipt; defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
2. Artwork & approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, sizes and quantities. Any digital proof we send and you approve is the final reference for production. Once approved, changes are billable.
3. Payment
Orders go into production after payment is received. Bank deposit slips must be sent to +94 751 777 400 on WhatsApp with the order number as the reference.
4. Delivery
Stated turnaround times are estimates from the day artwork is approved and payment is cleared. Courier delays caused by third parties are outside our control.
5. Liability
Print My Tag is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our printed goods.
